However at random times it works fine and I can remote in in less than a minute. Sometimes I have to try connecting for 30min to remote. We do this with users that RDP to the desktop and we provide support to them remotely as well. it does require the user to be present to click "ok/yes" twice to let you see their session and then to remotely control it.

Webb14 juni 2012 · Teamviewer takes a long time sometimes to verify the connection. Teamviewer is also known for "long timeouts", especially when the remote's pc got disconnected.
