Webbpositive correlated with different teachers’ perceptions of their professional activity and are differences in the levels of job satisfaction depending on the perceptions of teaching profession (work). Also, the differences in teachers’ mentality towards work (general and specific factors) depend on the perceptions of teaching profession.
