WebFey Touched is a feat from Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything that instills a mote of Feywild magic into a character in D&D 5e. The Fey Touched feat does not only improve a character’s mental abilities, but it also grants them the ability to cast two temporary spells once per long rest for no additional cost. WebWell technically Fey Touched does get around this restriction as it says you can take any 1st level divination spell with it from any class. That’s why you’re physically allowed to take Gift of Alacrity with the feat. Even D&D beyond lets you. However, this is a moot point if Dunamancy doesn’t exist in the world in the first place.

Pre-Tasha, there aren't any half-ASI feats that were worth giving up (say) Wood Elf features (to my eye).
